The Chair of my department just asked if the people on this page could be sorted chronologically as well as alphabetically?

Also, I noticed that not all of the field show up if they are filled in?
I created a test listing with my name and I filled in every field, but only the PhD, Year Advisor, Dissertaion and Last known position showed up. Also why is the year showing up twice?

Hi Rebecca,

  • You can’t sort your views chronological and alphabetically at the same time; you can sorted by one type, but there is a way you can rearrange your list of items by using Draggable Views.
  • Your page is a “Views” and your views has been set up with a format, “Fields” setting allow you to display or not to display your fields. If you edit your view>> page details>> Fields- under fields you will see all the field has been set up, if you click each fields you can set up your as you want.
