Linking four feature to class offerings

I would like to create 4 features linked to our classes offerings, similar to http://ctl.yale.edu/ under “What We Do” tab.

Our offerings are divided into 4 categories and if I can link each feature to its respective category, but also allow for a calendar view of all classes.

Can you provide some guidance there. I assume that the first step is to build some kind of content type.

Hi Tatjana,

That can be done by Content Type and views, you need to create a content type with these fields (Title, Image, Body, link). Then create the view to display this content type.

I just requested office hours as this may be more complicated than just following basic content types/ blocks/views direction.

When I checked your block filter Criteria no category was included, Also there was a problem with Dynamic People list page fields I fixed for you.

You need to tag your People list to the People Type to display the Category in the block. Right now you have just People tagged to three type of Category. Try to tag more People to different Category, I tagged myself as a sample, please take a look.

Dear Marwa,

It seems that whatever you did on the site was successful. However, I did tag people only to three categories b/c I only needed three categories. And from my end categories that I needed were highlighted , I wonder if I needed to highlight all of them in order to some of them being displayed.

Happy to hear that, if your People listing page request it to display all of these People Type highlight all of them. If not, just highlight some of them to display. In both cases the People Type not will display until you tag the people to their type.
