Creating a list of short bios and click-through longer bios for organization members

I would like to create a list of short bios, as well as a list of click-through longer bios, for our organization’s members. It would be ideal if the list of short bios could be housed on this page (http://dev.carbon.yale.edu/about/presidential-task-force/members) and the list of longer bios could be accessed by clicking on a member’s name. I’m going for the look and functionality of this example (http://globalscholars.yale.edu/people/leadership-team). In sum, I would like to add each of our members’ photo, name, and title on the list of short bios, then have the ability to click on a members’ name and move through to a longer bio with their photo, name, title, and a description that I write for them. Is there a set of instructions for building this out?
