Enabled twitter block module, but can not locate it under disabled blocks area. Where to look for it?

Hello Tatjana,
The page was cached so the newly added module wasn’t showing. I flushed the cache and you can now see the Add Twitter Block button. It will not automatically show up under disabled blocks.

Also, how we can have display of our twits instead of just a link?
