Hi Yvonne,
I was able to resolve the issue, and successfully implemented the fix on your people listing. The issue was seemingly caused by an option in the view settings for the “A-Z attachment”. One of the settings, “inherit contextual filters”, needed to be enabled so that the directory could know the criteria by which to sort the people in the list. I enabled that, and the listing appears to be working the way you want.
Take some time to test it out for yourself, and let me know if you encounter any issues!
