Hi all,

In mcDougal Grad Student Life/GSAS, we use a Web form to capture registrations from Yale grad student groups every year- we started last year. This year there are several groups that have been blocked from submitting their form b/c it says their content is SPAM-  see below.

Is this a problem b/c the group submitted basically the same info last year to this same online form (since the groups are basically the same each year but need to re-register)? Why does it happen to a few groups but not all?

Any suggestions= can we dial down the spam blocker?

Thanks

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am the President of the Italian Society of Yale Students and Affiliates. I tried several times to register our society online at this link:
but every time I tried to do that I get the following message (see also attached screen-shot):
Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted.

I tried from different computers and the problem is not fixed. Is there another way of registering our Society?

Thank you,

Hello Lisa,

This webform uses Mollom to moderate submissions. Unfortunately its already set to the lowest security setting. My only suggestion would be to disable it or switching the protection mode to ReCaptcha.
