www.theforestsdialogue.org not working

We just found out that for some reason whenever we type in “www.theforestsdialogue.org” instead of “theforestsdialogue.org” all browsers we are using tell us “Site not available”. If possible, we would like to fix this as a lot of people still use the traditional www model.

I know it’s a modified site but if you have a hunch what could be causing this, I’d be really grateful.
