Webform - RSVP form

Issue/Request:

Good afternoon. I am attempting the create an RSVP webform for my site. I have gone to the guide and found information at the following link: http://yalesites.yale.edu/module-tutorials/webform

When I follow the information under the heading — Enable the Form Builder UI Module, I can not locate the “Form Builder Webform UI” — so I can’t continue on to Save Configuration and then “Create a New Webform.”

Please help. Thanks.

You all set I enable the “Form Builder Webform UI” Modules for you so now you can add your webform.
