Webform Issues

Hello!

I’m running into an issue with a webform. Two fields are not registering on the results: the 5pm BBQ on June 3rd and the breakfast on June 4th.

My colleague in the alumni affairs office here at YSN thinks this is odd as people have mentioned attending these events in person to her, but nobody’s results say they will attend.
