I followed the direction but my web-form did not appear
Zachary Schwartz on April 6, 2017:
Hi Tatjana,
Would you mind giving me a few more details about this? My understanding is that you created a webform, but the webform is not displaying on the site. Would you be able to tell me where the webform is supposed to be displaying?

Tatjana Cisija on April 6, 2017:
Dear Zach,
I am not sure if it was created. I can only access webform on ER&m events content type. Something is wrong.
I would like to create a two webforms and have them displayed on a new page. Thank you.
Zachary Schwartz on April 12, 2017:
Hi Tatjana,
I apologize for the delayed response. As a first step, let’s try to confirm if the webform was created or not. Would you mind giving me administrator privileges so I can look at your site’s content list? I should already be in the list of users, you would just need to switch my role to administrator.

Hi Tatjana,
I wanted to follow up with you and see if you were still having difficulty with this. Do you still need assistance? If you do, please let me know and grant me administrator access on your site.
Best,
-Zach

Dear Zach,
I granted you access but I haven’t had time working on the issue lately.
Zachary Schwartz on April 28, 2017:
Hi Tatjana,
I was able to fix the problem, and the webform is now displaying properly (though the page is still not published, since I wanted to check with you before I made anything visible to the public.)
The webform became visible when I set the display settings to “single column”, but the progress bar was causing the text to format improperly. Since this webform seems to be a single page, I removed the progress bar entirely and added the label text as ordinary bold text, using the “markup” webform component.
Please take a look at the form and let me know if this setup works for you.

Dear Zach,
Thank you very much for your help. I used another website link to access their form for our needs. This page does not need to be published for now, but I will work on it later.

Hi Tatjana,
Thank you for letting me know. I’m going to mark this issue as “resolved” for now, but don’t hesitate to reach out again if you need assistance when you return to work on the form.
