Webform - cannot change the email/confirmation settings

Dear Yale Sites Team,

I wanted to tweak the webform which was created (cloned from last years similar event) and update for example the ‘thank you for registering’ confirmation and such. However : I don’t seem to be able to get to the drupal interface where you have the tab :

components - conditionals - emails - form settings. Wherever I look, I don’t arrive at this page. I checked the modules and they all seem to be enabled.

So clearly we are missing something, but what..?

Could you help?? I would be very grateful!!! :)
