Webform and a reference

is there a way to set up a webform with a field that a person could fill out that will reference existing nodes from a content type? what i am after: a field that a user would start typing in an last name and it would autopopulate a staff member’s name and when yout hit submit, an email would go to the staff member.

any help would be appreciated! :)

Hello Eamonn,

We don’t currently have a way to do that or a module that does it but you can Request a Module and have the engineering team review it to see if they feel it would work for Yale and its stable enough.
