User Management System – connecting Drupal and Canvas

Hello YaleSites team,

I’ve asked about this a few times before, but I wanted to see if I could set up a time to talk in person or over the phone with someone at ITS about our user management concerns around a current YaleSite and a prospective Canvas LMS subscription. We are looking to allow for some kind of single sign on between our Drupal YaleSite and Canvas (which seems to be possible, as described in Canvas’s documentation: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-4284). We have a relationship with a developer, Last Call Media, that has scoped out the project, but they want to talk with ITS before they give a final estimate of work and time, since YaleSites is on Yale servers. I’ve registered for a few upcoming YaleSites training courses, but hopefully we can start this conversation even before I head up to training!
