Issue/Request:

I have set up a user “Page Editor”. We have noticed that they are no longer able to unpublish pages (we wish them to be unpublished until we are ready). Please advise on how I can set it so that they can see the below when they edit pages, galleries, etc.T

I want to have the “Page Editor” able to unpublish/publish a page. It does not show up on the editing page.

Based on your settings I saw the user was unable to see the edit options on the pages. I’ve reinstated that access. Let me know if that’s what you were referring to.

She is not able to see the “Publishing options” to publish/unpublish pages.

I’ve updated the permissions to match the default Drupal Editor role and tested it. You should be all set now.
