URGENT: reCAPTCHA on Internet Explorer
Hi,
I was working on an internal webform for our holiday party and while testing the webform ran across a problem with the reCAPTCHA module for users using Internet Explorer. The module asks the user to select images 9 or more times before accepting that the user is not a robot. Yesterday, the user would select the images correctly and it would not allow the user to respond using the webform. We are not experiencing this issue on Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. We have several webforms on the website and are worried that this issue may affect all of our webforms.
In addition, today we received the error message “Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists.” No changes were made to the webform today so we are unsure if this has anything to do with the launch/issues with the reCAPTCHA module.
Thanks

Hi Devin, we’re seeing this on a few different sites and we’re working on a fix.
