*Urgent* CAS accounts not linking information properly
Hi team,
We are having issues with new student accounts on the YC site where their accounts only list NetIDs and no other information. These accounts are unable to access content behind CAS walls (namely our incoming student forms that had deadlines of yesterday).
Just a couple examples of these accounts:

Though we have numerous.
Upon attempting to log in, users with accounts like this will see this error:
However, if the afflicted NetIDs are used to create an account on a different site (I used the webops site (http://webops.yalecollege.yale.edu/) to confirm) the information will pull as intended and the account will be created successfully:
We already got in touch with ITS and confirmed that at least the three aforementioned NetID accounts are configured properly from their perspective and should not be causing issues.
Any assistance would be very appreciated.

Hi Blayze,
I think this issue is that the NetIDs you provided have the same first and last name as people who are already on the list.
We’ve had this before, but the solution has been to remove one so only one person with the first and last name exists. I don’t think that is a solution in this case. I’ll escalate it to the technical team do see how we can deal with it since this is most likely going to be an issue moving forward.
