Upload Add/Remove User List

We have a list of people that needs to be updated every year with additions and removals.  Is there a way to add and remove these people to the site via a bulk uploader?  Would it also be able to do it with the permissions being set properly?

Hi Glenn, 

You can add multiple new people to your list using the Add CAS user(s) feature. Instructions are here: Adding People. You would need to assign them the appropriate role once they were added. 

You can assign or remove the roles using the bulk updater on the People Listing Page

  1. Click on People in the Administration toolbar. 
  2. Select or filter by role to get the people you want to add/remove the role. Click on the checkbox next to their name to select.
  3. Choose the role to add/remove and click Update.

Please DO NOT delete accounts as you will delete the information they could have possibly added. If you want to remove someone, just remove their access by un-checking their role. They will only be able to see the site even if they are authenticated users.
