Unwanted redirect

Without my knowledge someone has put a redirect on http://boulder.research.yale.edu so that people are currently not able to apply to the school using http://boulder.research.yale.edu/cgi-bin/application.pl and I am unable to get to the administrative tools. Please remove the redirect as soon as possible.

Hi Daphne;

If I understand you correctly, you do not have admin rights on this site? I would need admin rights to see the tool bar and fix the link. Do you know who does have admin rights if you don’t? If I understand the issue above correctly, you are saying that the Main Menu item called Application no longer points (links) to the correct page on you site (which would, of course, contain the application form). Let me know if you know who has Admin rights, or if something happened to your Admin rights so that we can get this resolved for you.

I have admin rights to http://boulderschool.yale.edu and to http://boulder.research.yale.edu I did not request a redirect on http://boulder.research.yale.edu but it suddenly appeared and I cannot access anything at that location. This is where the Boulder School application is housed so no-one can apply and I cannot go into the administrative tools either.

Please remove the redirect on http://boulder.research.yale.edu as access is needed for prospective students to apply to the school and I need access to run reports, etc.

Can someone check to see if http://boulder.research.yale.edu/ is offline? I cannot access anything I need at that location. We need to get that site back online so that people can apply to the school, etc. I do not receive any kind of error message it just opens the Boulder School page.

I spoke with Vincent and he told me that there is a Service Now ticket for this issue and the issue has been escalated.

I will consider this forum question to be closed because it is being handled through Service Now.
