Hi,

I am interested in taking over control of the YDC2 website as that group is no longer part of Yale. I also want to turn on google analytics so that I can see what, if any traffic the site gets. If there is traffic to any specific page, I plan to migrate that information over to the IPCH.YALE.EDU site. If there is no traffic, then I won’t migrate stuff over! Can you help me with this issue. Thank you for your time.

Catherine

I should clarify that the YDC2 site is a site that I am not listed as an administrator for, hence, I will need help being granted administrator and editor access to that site. Thanks

Hello Catherine,

To transfer ownership of a site, the existing site owner should send an email to yalesites@yale.edu requesting site ownership to be granted to the specified user or department. This way the new site owner would be documented and the new site admin is assigned.

Hello Catherine,

You have been granted access to the YDC2 website. Unfortunately we do not have access to the analytics data so we wouldn’t be able to add you to the Google Analytics account. The site does have Google Analytics tracking enabled.
