Track Feature

OMG - I just looked at the TRACK feature! I love it!  I see that I can click TRACK and view everyone that looked at each training guide. 

Is there a way to run a report that lists all of our training guides and all the individuals that have viewed each guide (instead of having to go into each individual guide to see the information).

This would be extremely helpful to the Workday@Yale team.  Is this possible?

Regarding the Track feature.

When I go to look at all the people who have looked at a specific guide, if it’s a long list I get the Pg 1, Pg2, Pg 3… buttons at the bottom.  Is there a way for me to export the entire list without having to go page-by-page?

Hello Kathi,

That feature is part of the statistics module which is a core module. It only shows stats for pages where a user has logged in and would not see anonymous views of the pages. It is very limited in its capacity and would does not allow us to configure it to view/export the data.
