The title of my website has disappeared. Instead of Yale University Chaplain’s Office, the website just states Yale University.
I’m not sure if this is a bug or not.

I’ve reported the bug. It seems your site was refreshed last night and the agenda module was updated. It could be related to the refresh. I’m awaiting the response from the Engineers.

I fixed this; oddly the header section was disabled so the title didn’t show up. Don’t know if that’s related.
