Table stretched in certain browsers

In some browsers the chart which appears on the page http://mcdb.yale.edu/about/mcdb-dept-administration-and-operations, is stretched and ugly as seen here:

I checked the page in three different browsers (Google chrome , Internet explorer, Mozilla Firefox) it’s work fine. Can you give me more details with which browser you have your issue?
