Issue/Request:

I’m able to access this URL with no problems after CASing in. Cissy Armstrong (netid fa83) cannot and receives the attached error message.

She has tried multiple times using different browsers - Firefox, Chrome, IE.

How do we fix this?

Hello Darice,

This error message shows when someone tried to CAS in but there is already another user with the same name on the site. The best way to handle this is to modify their username to include their NetID at the end.
