To whom it may concern,

Currently encountering misc. issues with this website where when trying to submit webform submissions or update css having “Website encountered an unexpected error.” road blocks.

Dug a little deeper and couldn’t run the database update that I would think may fix this (tried in Dev (dev.trumbull.yalecollege.yale.edu), which also has the same problem).

Any help would be appreciated! Including some images with information below.

The resulting log has a lot of “Undefined Index” warnings,

It seems like something wrong with the database. It might require to do a database refresh. May lost the data.

Hey Vincent, looks like the dev site is fixed, thank you! Can you make the same change to production? Dev is very outdated at this point.

Any chance we could get an update on this? The problem is resolved in dev but not production and we need a fix in prod before the students return.
