Spacing above body on select Basic Pages

One some Basic Pages within http://dev.tobin.yale.edu, there isn’t enough vertical space between the page title and the body text:

• https://dev.tobin.yale.edu/people/leadership-and-staff
• https://dev.tobin.yale.edu/people/external-advisory-board
• https://dev.tobin.yale.edu/people/faculty-advisory-committee

Other Basic Pages do not have this problem – they have enough vertical space:

• https://dev.tobin.yale.edu/about/tobin-center
• https://dev.tobin.yale.edu/about/james-tobin
• https://dev.tobin.yale.edu/research

I’ve checked the HTML the page source and I don’t see anything that would explain the difference. Are there any ideas about how to make the pages in list 1 match the spacing that you can see in the pages in list 2?
