Could we add another search tab to the page, for name? or letters where you can search for a person by last name?

I have to type in the entire name. i.e if the name is Dixon I can¹t just
type in “D” or “DIX” it only finds the name if I type Dixon. Can this be set
it to find the name even if just a few letters are added? Or Just one letter?
