Social icons not showing

Hi,
I already asked how to avoid the social media icons from disappearing in the footer third area, which is blue (so the icons should be white, which probably is an easy selector, soemwhere). The site was Archaia and we resolved the issue, with your help, by adding “sharing” as the class. The same is done here but the icons are not showing. I’ve worked with Drupal/YaleSites for 4-5 years and just when I think I’m getting a handle on it, I realize that even the most basic functions seem to elude my grasp…
Hi again. After hours of pulling hair, I finally found how the classes are coded (there’s apparently no documentation, no way of finding this out). But I compared with other sites and got all to work by guessing, save for the last iTunes icon. As you’ll se, this page: https://slavic.yale.edu has a working icon but there’s no fa fa-itues showing for me. Is there a way to get this to work? And more importantly, where can one find out about these things?
Bjorn,
I’m having the same or a similar problem. I’m trying to add an instagram social button to a footer and I can’t get the button to show up. I looked through this question thread adn I see the links to the Font Awesome pages for the button icons, but I don’t see how you actually add in the class code to Drupal.
Can you point to a resource on how to do this?
Thanks!

Hi Bjorn,
The class for itunes is fa fa-apple.
Although this icon wasn’t on the list below, many other are for your reference.
https://www.w3schools.com/icons/fontawesome_icons_webapp.asp
Kind regards,
Chris
Bjorn - Here’s the link to the font awesome site: https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery&q=itune

Bjorn - here’s the link to fontawesome.com that has the actual itunes icon and explains how to use it. https://fontawesome.com/how-to-use/on-the-web/setup/getting-started?usin…
Best,
Chris
…. finally figured out that I can do fa fa-apple, that fa fa-itunes doesn’t work… Is there any documentation about the settings for the icons?
Hi Bjorn,
You can reference to https://fontawesome.com/icons?d=gallery&m=free
You can look any free icons there and it should tell what fa needed to use.
Thanks
