Site not secure

Hi,

we recently refreshed https://slavic.yale.edu into dev. Unlike the current site, the dev version in the 2016 template is not secure. Is there any reason for this and what can we do to have the same security as the current site?

Hi Bjorn,

Dev sites are not behind https so you will see the insecure message, but this is fine. Dev sites can only be accessed off campus using the VPN.

Hi, thank you. We have http://dev.classics.yale.edu and not the same issue — no unsecure message… is something different?
