I just made an edit to the site name, but it does not show up unless I am cas-ed into the site. Here is what it looks like when I bring up site in browser (see below). But when I cas in, then it reads as it should (see below again).

If your issue still how to change the website name you’d go to Configuration > System > Site Information. There you can change the Site Name.
