Setting up tabs

I am trying to set up tabs in the People section (Director, Exec. Committee, Faculty, Grad Students) as was done in this website–

http://ispshealth.yale.edu/isps-health-people

into the People section on http://dev.inequality.yale.edu/

I don’t see the option for quick tabs in my menu.

Quicktabs is a module that needs to be enabled along with Quicktabs Styles.
