Searching

The key words don’t seem to be working.  The results below don’t seem to make sense - results are not consistent.

Training Guide title: Reporting: Earnings Elements & Pay Components

Keywords on the site: report, reports, earning, earnings, earnings element, elements, earnings elements, pay component, earning element, earning elements, pay component, pay components.

But when I type one of these keywords - they don’t all work:
   earning element - keyword, no results
   earning - keyword, finds training guide
   element - keyword, finds training guide
   earnings elements - keyword and title, finds training guide
   pay component - keyword, no results
   pay components - keyword and title, no results
   component - finds training guide (but this isn’t a key word, nor is it a title word)  

I clicked ALL before starting each of the above searches so all training guides were visible.
