Rotating Feature

I would like to link a pdf to a rotating header image, but it is my understanding that only the rotating feature view allows links. I am having trouble installing the rotating feature and also don’t know how to link to a pdf rather than a url once the rotating feature is installed. Any help would be much appreciated.

Rotating Feature allow you to create a rotating image with captions to highlight news articles, events, and other types of content on your site. 

To clarify do you need the rotating image as a link to the PDF or display a title or caption can be a link to the PDF?

Hi Elizabeth,

Rotating Feature has been added to your site, I replaced the block with Rotating Header Image block in the Home page, the image is link to the pdf (file).
