Restoring the YLNG site

Hello,

I work in the Digital Strategy team and we provide technical support to all the affinity group website. An administrator on the YLNG website reported to us that she mistakenly deleted the fields on the news content type on https://ylng.yale.edu and now the News page is only showing the headlines of each node (no image, date, or body fields). Is there a way that the site can be reverted back to an older version (1 day or 2 days) to try and restore the News content type, or would these nodes have to be re entered manually?
