RESOLVED please remove

I uploaded an application form to be used for our spring 2017 and summer 2017 internships. The url link to download the file is linked to the dev site.

Here is the issue we are having:

First, log out of CAS and go to http://ghli.yale.edu/get-involved. Scroll down to Spring 2017 Internships and Summer 2017 Internships. The GHLI Common Application form link is broken. If you log into the site as an administrator, the link works perfectly. Also, all of the url links under open positions all work.

I noticed that if you are logged out of CAS, the url for the GHLI Common Application is a dev.ghli.yale.edu. However, the open positions have the correct url link.

Any ideas as to how to fix the issue? I’ve tried to upload a new file, delete the text and reinsert the hyperlink.
