Issue/Request: 

Hi.  I’m working to build a new website for Wright Lab and the YaleSites platform has been mostly great and easy to use but I have some issues that I haven’t been able to figure out how to fix using the forum and my own experience.  I would therefore love to have office hours either this Wednesday or Friday if someone is available.

I tried to reach you by phone to discuss scheduling office hours for next Friday, March 9th. I’m available for one hour anytime between 10:00am and 3:00pm.
 
I was not able to open the link to the google doc. you included. If you could post the actual document, I’ll take a look at it.
 
Are you aware of the recent Web Accessibility Policy announcement released in January? I ask because I see some styling elements on the site that are not in compliance with the new policy. Since this site is new, the site should follow accessibility standards. You can find a list of criteria on our website.
 
 
I would also encourage you to attend a web accessibility policy information session. You can register at this link.
 
 
Another half-day training session for editors who manage website content will be available soon.
 
 
Finally, there are 90 minute sessions available as early as March 20th. They cover many of the same accessibility requirements included in the half-day session. https://yalesites.yale.edu/calendar
