Redirection to new YaleSite

Our new YaleSite went live earlier this year.  All is great with the site itself.  However, we were told our old site listed below would route to the new site. This is clearly not the case as potential job candidates are contacting the person listed on the old site.  Can you please help resolve this issue? Our old site is obviously out of date and we really do not want it out there.
