Reconfiguring bottom part of It’s Your Yale Thrive site

Good afternoon. I am looking to do the following to my site:

• Change the six box format to four boxes that are a good size (will need to see to know)
• I would like the bottom of the boxes to line up with the fourth item/block in the sidebar area; I would like to avoid sidebar items falling below the boxes
• I would like to link news pages to the four boxes; I think this may already be the case, but I will check

It would really be great to sit with someone and learn how to do this myself or watch someone do it.
