Receiving Error When Trying to Creat a New Node

Issue/Request: 

I was trying to create a new node, under my content type “Policies and Procedures” (P & P).  I am receiving: The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.  I’ve tried on and off over that last 2 hours.

I’ve been working within my site during the day, and have been able to edit existing nodes under the same content type (P & P) with no problems.

I tried to create a new node under my content type “Forms and Tools” and can do so with no problem.  I haven’t tried to create any other content type other than those two.

Not sure why I can’t create the node under P & P :(

Hi Josue,

Received a reply from both you and Nancy (I’ll email Nancy separately as well) on my problem.

I just tried again to create a new node under my policy and procedure content and was successful. Not sure what was giving me the error last week, but it seems to be okay now.

If I run into the issue again, I’ll repost.

Hello Deb,

The emails come automatically from the forum. It has Nancy’s name on it as a contact but We are all CC’d in the email so that all people covering the forum are informed. It should usually state who sent the email. 

Just let us know if the issue happens again. For now, I’ll mark this as resolved.
