Since there is no official landing page for The American Healthcare Paradox, preferably we want the QR code to link to the image on our website. The image is hyperlinked to a news article from MedPage Today (http://www.medpagetoday.com/PublicHealthPolicy/Washington-Watch/50270).
The solution, as far as I know, would be to rearrange the order of the images on the rotating carousel. That way, we could link the QR code to our site (ghli.yale.edu). The user would click the white button Read More, which would direct them to The MedPage article. But I don’t see a simple way to switch the order of the photos on our site without deleeting all the images and reuploading them.

If you create a QR code to link to an image it will only display said image and not the page. Your best option is to link the QR code to your main page an place the image to show up first on the carrousel as you suggested in your last post.
