Pulling images via YaleNews RSS Feed

Issue/Request:

Dear YaleSites team,

We’re looking to pull the images out of the YaleNews feed with our Feed Importer.

I had found this article:

http://yalesites.yale.edu/book/import-rss-feed-feeds-module

Which says “Important Note: If you want to pull the image from the news feed you must use the jSon Feed option. ” However, when I click the link to get instructions for the jSon Feed option, it gives me an access denied page.

If there’s an article that I could follow that would be great. Below is a direct link to the respective feed importer if you would like to check the settings:

FAS is actually doing it manually but world.yale.edu is doing what you want to do. For instructions on how to do it see Importing News with a jSON Feed.

Hello Blayze,

I apologize. That tutorial was missing some steps/details. I’ve tweaked your importer and changed the import URL. Take a look. I’ve also run the import and it imported 30 nodes. let me know if that works for you.
