Protected or Cassified Page?

Is there a way to create a page that is only viewable by Yale individuals without having them cassify (i.e., a Yale protected page- no need to log into Cas)? We have a number of training materials we’d like to post but have available only to Yale individuals but we don’t want them to have to log in to see them. Thanks!

Hi Tracy,

No, you can’t. but if you want to protected your page from any one without a Yale NetID by adding the page to the CAS setting modules or protected your page for a specific user you will need to create a roll and assigns those users a role, then provide access to the page for only that role.
