Problem with log in and registration pages on production site of Variations Stylistiques

Hello Yalesites support team,

I’ve got a question for you about the log in page for the production site for Variations Stylistiques. For some reason, the log in and password fields are not showing up on the production site, though they are showing up on the dev site. Please make sure to log out of your CAS authentication before viewing these pages.

Also, there is an error message on the production site’s version of the Instructor Create an Account page (http://variationsstylistiques.yale.edu/instructor/register).

Could you please take a look and let me know what’s up? The production site registration and log in process should work the exact same way as the dev site registration and log in process currently work. Please note that we have done quite a bit of work creating new pages on the production site, so please do not overwrite any of that new content when you fix the registration and login system.
