Possible bug while using Aggregate in views

Can you tell me if this is a true bug when using ‘Aggregate’ in views:

I’ve looked up the notice on drupal.org and it seems to be an inconsistent bug. This only started happening yesterday by way of a drop menu. The issue does not happen by using the links in te sidebar menu.
