Placing image on internal page

Hi,

I’m working on a page http://dev.mentalhealthandwellness.yale.edu/peer-resources-student-organ… that has a view and two blocks. I am unable to get a single image to sit correctly on the layout. The image is in a block. The image is shifted to the right and alignment doesn’t look correct.
