Hello,
I’m wondering if a page on my website can be modified in someway in order to become a “permalink”. My group wants to make a page for which a QR code will be made and handed out on gifts from the department. Hence, we want to make sure that the code will always send one to this specific web page. Any tips on this? Thanks in advance.

Hello Catherine,
Drupal does not support Permalinks out of the box. Is the QR Code linking to the homepage or another page to be determined later? When you create the QR Code, it can be made to link to the specific page/area of the site you’d like. That URL would not change unless someone changes the URL alias or the page title. I believe you should be ok to just create the QR Code based on the page in question (http://ipch.yale.edu/page-title).
