I wonder if you could help me with a sorting problem I have on the Archaeology faculty page (http://dev.archaeology.yale.edu/people). For some reason, the order of the faculty departments (and the people hereunder) i.e. Anthropology, Classics, is randomized. That is, every time I click the faculty nav bar, a different order is displayed.

Hi Bjorn,
I think I fixed it. Draggable views isn’t really good for long grouped lists like this; for some reason when the list is grouped it distorts the row weights. I set all the row weights to zero and used the drag-and-drop feature to order at least the first few. I’m not sure the order is correct for the rest. But at least it’s not changing each time the you go to the people page.

Yes, that seems to do it. Ias there a way to control also the order of the grouped departments (i.e. the order it’s listed in the right side nav bar on this page)?

The list of group departments is alphabetical and there is no way to change that. Glad the rest of it is working.
