People - All CAS Users Appearing on Website

The web address above is just one example of how a Yale staff member appears on our webpage when they have no permission or affiliations with our department. The issue usually occurs when a Google search is performed with Yale + employee name and the Office of Sustainability appears as the first search result.

That name shows it was added over two years ago. Typically users have to be added via their NetID & PW. Are you referring to this name specifically or if you type /people/john-doe?
