Hello,

1)We need help in  resolving the ‘page not found’  problem with the jianggroup.yale.edu site - publication page.

Once we click on the  list, we used to be able to link it to an upload file ( .pdf file) of the journal article. But since yesterday, we received a message after clicking, ‘…add URL redirect from this page to another location. The requested page could not be found.’

Could you please help guide what we could do to get the link to the uploaded file back?

2) Per the message log, this ‘page not found’ problem started on 06/28/16 during the night time,  with anonymous USER.  Not sure if this means anything.

Thank you.

Hello,

I still cannot fix the ‘Page Not Found’ problem on the publication page.

So I  took off the link to the ‘upload file’ (to open a .pdf file) as a temporary fix.

I would appreciate if you could help look into this for us.

Thank you.

Hi Nuch;

I fixed the problem with the PDFs not appearing when you click the Title link. The issue was in the View in the fields area. In order to use the rewrite results with tokens, the field that you are using in the token (in this case the Upload File field) must be above the Title field in the list of fields. This way the rewrite results area will have the correct tokens available. Tokens are only available for the fields that are above the one you are trying to ‘rewrite’. I was glad I could help. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this answer.
