Hi Yalesites!

All of my openlayers maps on all my yalesites starting failing recently.    The tiles are not showing up, though the geojson shapes are.

I can’t open any of my maps to edit them or import new ones with any layer combination.   I get this error:

Error message

Exception: Projection lacks an authority code. Read http://drupal.org/node/1944074 for hints. in openlayers_get_projection_by_identifier() (line 1066 of /mnt/www/html/yalesite937/docroot/sites/all/modules/contrib/openlayers/openlayers.module)

Looks like on Feb 21 we went from v 7.x-2.0-beta9+12-dev to 7.x-2.0-beta11+24-dev.    The timing feels coincidental with this issue.

??? IS IT TIME TO TRY OPENLAYERS 3 - HAS ANYONE TRIED YET ????

Do you all think rolling back the module version here might help or hurt?

We have a site that is telling countries how well they are doing with pollution, etc, and those govs do look at this, and misrendering the location of a country on the globe is not acceptable.   So I’ll have to remove the maps if we can’t find a remedy.

Michael, I followed up in the Github issue that this should be fixed now.

It is resolved!

I also had to check my tile layers for https urls and an origin lat and long of
