Opening external link/ PDF in a new window

Hi there,

I am often trying to add links and make them open in an external window and although it works for 99% of the time by going in the settings and choosing “open in new window”, sometimes it doesn’t and I don’t know why. If you go on the following link and select the first job posting that I just uploaded (see picture)…

… you will see that it opens in the same window. If you go into edit page and have a look at the link you will notice that I have selected ‘open in new window’ but it still doesn’t do it. Any thoughts what I might have done wrong? Thank you.
